What is Zen?
Zen is a school of Buddhism, a 2,500 year-old spiritual tradition. Its goal is to be free from the delusions that make up our suffering. In Zen, this is done by seeing through, and thus dissolving, these delusions. This can only be done by looking deeply into our own hearts. For this, we practice Zazen (seated meditation).
